Need more workers
A man exposed himself to me here whike eating ice cream, threatened to kill me, punched my car, and made hand symbols of guns shooting... this place is very ghetto
stood out here for 45mins got to the window and she told my friends and i she wouldn’t take our order at 8:20 and on everything they say they close at 9pm….
I been standing in line for 30 minutes then when I get to the window they said the line was closed mind you it’s 8:22 they don’t close till 9:00 , this is false advertisement .
Be aware!! This place may appear to be open but there's literally NO ONE HOME! Unbelievable...we waited for 15mins and one gentleman returned to say he was here 15mins before us, left to run errand and came back (he really really wanted to buy)! I left. I can't believe what the world is coming to when Rita's employees just walk out. Terrible

It's spring time in Philly and it's wadder ice time 😊! Often jammed pack crowded at the corner of Hunting Park and Wissahickon Ave. But, this evening no one in line. Got me a small cherry and a pretzel with mustard. Service was good, there's some really nice people who work there. Rita's opening up, summer on its way. Time to hit Fairmont Park. Pics coming soon

Good but went at 9 and was told the toppings had been “dumped already”. Y’all close at 10, why are toppings done at 9? Give it 9:45 but a whole hour before close is crazy.

I had already visited it several times but today it was terrible, only 3 people in line with me and the young man who served me with attitudes and after that for a glass he got icream and Oreo cookies $10 I really complained to him and mso told me that there were more people in the place and I couldn't debate at that moment about things like how you are, no matter how insignificant they may be for the owner, businesses fail no matter how long they have been there for 3000 years...
