Girls are friendly behind the counter... worst clumpy icy water ice I've ever gotten from any ritas ever.It's right next door so I get it often.Just waited 7 minutes out front for the guy to open the door and say just a moment as I waited 3 more minutes
Many time buyed there , but today upset payed for large - receive small !!! Not even full !!! For what I'm payed?
This Rita's is a hidden gem, located in Philly off Byberry Road and Philmont Ave. Good water ice and decent prices.
I think the flavors Piña colada and Key Lime are the best here... everytime I go there I received excellent service...

Came here with hopes to get some ice cream for me and my wife end up going back home because they don't take 50$ or 100$ ok I understand 100$ because change can go really quick but ordering for 25+ and paying 50$ is reasonable, and if the owner scared of fake money supply your stuff with money pen!
Flavors are awesome but prices are ridiculous. Pay attention to what they give you! I ordered 2 large custards and one small... and was charged as such, but when we put all three cups together... they were all smalls! Completely overcharged then was given a smart attitude! They had no answer as to why

Went here the other day. Got the cherry water ice. It tasted spoiled. The cherries that were inside the actual water ice tasted weird like it was old. Yuck! The pretzels were hard. The worker was nice though.
