T'was good! Nobody on line so we ordered right away. Nothing really special about this particular Rita's. The mixed waterice was good as usual.

I would have given it 5 stars, but they didn't have my Juicy Pear, that's my favorite water ice.
The absolute worst service I have ever received at a Rita’s location. My visit started off waiting 5 minutes for the associate to show at the window to take our order strike one. We arrived at 645pm to this location whose posted hours states open until 10pm. I was informed the store was closing early and that we could not order pretzels. Strike number 2. The cherry water ices had no favor nor cherries and were made messy strike 3. This location needs some sort of leadership and professional training to be conducted
Came to visit from California. We were told about a water ice and pretzels.After knocking on the window for a minute. The employee popped up. We were told they weren't making pretzels because it was too late. They were closing early because it was so slow.Not tasty. Bad customer service.Couldn't get a pretzels.I'll stick with Flavor Brigade in The Bay...
I like Rita's. Their water ices are great, but i have a hard time finding the flavor I like...black cherry. C'mon Ritas get the black cherry water ice
Staff is always pleasant
never open on time, but whenever I go here the workers give off heavy angsty kid vibes

The water ice was great
This message is for the owner. Please get better employees! Stopped by today to get water ice.The children were outside the back doors. We pulled up on the side of the building, They saw us. We waited at the window 6-7 minutes. No one came. We got back in our car, as we pulled off we asked if they were open, they said yes and no one moved to come back inside.My daughter worked for Rita's years ago, this would never be acceptable.Just SAD?
