Been going to this Rita’s location for years and on Sunday 8/31/25 by far was the most impressed I’ve been. The young lady was able to attend to every customer’s need without any hesitation or mishaps. Everything was running smooth and efficient no long wait. I believe the young lady who was working that evening name was Kalianha. I applaud her👏🏽👏🏽she definitely deserves some recognition!

The staff and owner are so kind and helpful!! After an ordering mishap, they came through with a 5 gallon of cherry to save the day. They made a whole 3rd grade class so happy (and a very relieved parent in charge of it all). Thank you!!

Please note. This location almost never has sugar-free water ice options available. Also the concrete cup was half full. However when I pointed out that there was hardly anything in the cup the young man did add more ice cream to the cup and fill it to the top
