The girls there were rude and the gelato and concrete they gave us was messed up

Unfortunately, the employees at this location are not professional. They are extremely rude. I just called the store to ask speak to the manager and the young gentleman proceeded to ask me why and proceeded to tell me that they were busy and he’s not getting his Manager. this is not how business should be conducted, but this is what happens unfortunately when businesses wanna hire a lot of young kids and there’s no adult supervisor.
The employee whose name is on this receipt she was very professional, but the individual who felt the need to step in and take over my transaction when she didn’t ask for help nor did I request for anybody else to assist me with my transaction is an individual that I’m talking about that was extremely rude
I waited from 6:10-6:30pm but no one was inside. There wasn’t a sign/note that said on lunch or anything saying they were closed.
Just simply the best Italian ice, PERIOD.

It closes at 9, not 10 pm. I’m not sure why they won’t update their hours on Google Maps.
I haven’t had Rita’s in years. I went with the Concrete Oreo and a cheese pretzel. The kids had cotton candy water ices. The employees were friendly and I will be back to eventually try other flavors.

I was here on Friday July 19 around 1 pm. No one was in line so I stopped to get a water ice. No one was there the place was open . I knocked on the window with my cousin. She said I see some ones shoes in there. No one ever came to the window. There was no note saying they would be back or anything. If they stepped away they should have put a note up saying that.

They sold me raw pretzels!!! Everything is so overpriced!!!And the water ice I bought was so icy and horrible!!!
