The kitchen faucet was corroded and was chaffing a weird matierial. He replaced it with 24 hours! My battery was dead in the master bedroom. I am so highly impressed with the efficiency and response of this building.Unfortunately I have more heater issue.Very pleased. :)

We lived at RC for just over a year and really enjoyed it. Great location, but what set the building apart was the excellent staff. We would live there again if we moved back to Philadelphia.

I have lived here for over a year now and honestly, it’s become my home away from home. If you were to ask me what differentiates this building from any others, it’s the staff. Everyone from the front desk, the door, leasing, to maintenance, treats you like family. I have become so thankful to have so many individuals who work in this building become a part of my life. I can guarantee that you and your home will always be safe, well taken care of, and watched over while living here. While I wish I could go down the list of every worker that makes up this building and how incredible they are, Brandon (door), Dee (door), David (door), Jahad (front desk), Shannon (front desk), David (front desk) Anita (front desk), Chris (porter), Michelle E. (leasing), Gabby (leasing), and Hector S., are just a FEW of the absolutely amazing individuals that have always gone above and beyond for myself and so many other residents, daily. If you are considering moving here, DO IT! You will be so thankful you did <3

Have lived here for more than a year now and the building is wonderful!1) Views:Great views of the park for the West facing units, and views of the skyscrapers for the North facing units.2) Leasing Staff & Maintenance:Michelle Eierman and Chris DeMarco from the Leasing Office are amazing! They helped me to choose my Apt unit and with the admin for the building, respectively. The Maintenance team is very responsive and usually responds in no more than a day.3) Amenities:Excellent gym and yoga studio that includes treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, yoga balls, kettlebells, dumbbells etc. The lounge is nicely furnished and a great place to work, and the rooftop was recently renovated. Rittenhouse Claridge has been a great place to live, with luxurious common areas, spacious apartments, and a friendly community.

The team at the Rittenhouse Claridge is first class and extremely accommodating. The move in process was seamless! Thank you!!
The apt was fine and the kitchenette was well stocked. The staff was nice. The location is great and the amenities of gym, laundry, large lounge with pool table were good. Social activities are held every month or so. It’s mostly younger people with a few older folks like me. Everyone is pleasant. Maintenance is responsive . Some of the apts have great views of the Square and if you can get one, it’s worth it.

I wish the staff treated the black residents with the same respect/cordiality as the white residents (Anita, of note, has a pattern of standing there staring at me as I go through the lobby without offering any greeting or wave of acknowledgment. Which has been unfortunate/awkward/uncomfortable).Also, limited support/access for those with disabilities.
