We lived at RC for just over a year and really enjoyed it. Great location, but what set the building apart was the excellent staff. We would live there again if we moved back to Philadelphia.
I have lived here for over a year now and honestly, it’s become my home away from home. If you were to ask me what differentiates this building from any others, it’s the staff. Everyone from the front desk, the door, leasing, to maintenance, treats you like family. I have become so thankful to have so many individuals who work in this building become a part of my life. The kitchen faucet was corroded and was chaffing a weird matierial. He replaced it with 24 hours! My battery was dead in the master bedroom. I am so highly impressed with the efficiency and response of this building.Unfortunately I have more heater issue.Very pleased. :)
