Mobile Service has really fallen off since new management has over. Not sure why they took away the table, but regardless that employee should be more attentive and able to multi task during rush hour. My drink was taken once because people can’t read.
The service at Starbucks is incredibly fast and professional. While their coffee isn't my personal favorite, it's still quite good. I did notice that the store was a bit untidy, which is understandable given the number of people inside. It's a bustling spot, but a bit more attention to cleanliness would make it even better.

I work next door to this Starbucks and today at 7:40pm the doors were locked! Why have closing hours posted on the door as 8pm if you won’t serve your customers ?????? All faces I’m not accustomed to seeing and the date this happened is 4-11-2024. Any other day the staff is awesome when the guys are there but not today
