Based on the reviews, Rival Bros Coffee Bar serves delicious coffee, including a Colombian natural pour over with a V60 that is really nice and sweet, and a large fully caffeinated Americano with four shots that is more than perfect. The drip coffee is amazing all the time. The coffee is hands down the best cup of coffee in Philly. They also offer a good plain croissant, a blueberry ginger muffin, and a Raspberry Cheese Danish that is so good customers should order two. The staff is friendly, kind, competent, and helpful. The baristas provide fun conversation. The location has good vibes and is a great neighborhood with street art. There is plenty of seating to sit and enjoy, with mugs and glass cups served to stay. The lobby next door is a very comfortable space. However, one customer noted a lack of communication about a to-go only policy within the last hour of business, which made for a disappointing atmosphere. Overall, the coffee is always good, and it is highly recommended.
