We are 2 weeks into our job here in Philly. This city has more cheese steak places than I don't know what. So far, Rocco's at Home Depot is the best. Will report back in November w or final analysis... .

First time here. On way back to NYC, wanted to get a cheese steak without driving into the heart of Philly. GPS mapped to the middle of Home Depot and had us wondering if this was a mistake since it seemed we were in an area, part of Penns Landing, that seemed to be undergoing development, i.e. gentrification.

Well, lo and behold, Roccos is a take out spot, outside and right in the middle of Home Depot 😆

There were Home Depot employees ordering lunch, which we thought was a good sign 😆

Not disappointed! Cheesesteak was on point. Wife and I agreed way better than Pats and Genos which we have had and thought were over hyped.

Its a takeout spot, so not much of an atmosphere.

The person working the grill have a clue between provolone and cheez whiz. I ordered a pizza stick with pickles and fried onions what I got in return it's not edible.

First time here — excellent place! The staff was super friendly, and the cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. I also tried the cheesesteak with hot peppers 🌶️ — definitely brought the heat! The sausages were great too. Will definitely be back

Despite its appearance, its a very nice place for a cheesesteak. They have a lot of options.

I got the combo #1 w/ italian hot sausage. Very good, they asked what I wanted which was everything in it.

Staff was friendly to my friend and I, good people work there.

First time here today and I couldn’t recommend it more!!! The staff super nice, he recommended the cheesesteak with hot sausage which was amazing!! The spice, the onions, the flavors, everything blended together great. Will def return.

You know a cheesesteak is flavorful when the sauce drips through the bag and gets all inside your car 😭🤦‍♂️ I asked about the combo, and the gentleman gave me the chips and soda free of charge! The cheesesteak was fabulous and one of the best I’ve ever had 😋I’d highly recommend it to anyone!!
