I've always ordered from Rosario's (5+ years) probably once a month. Tonight will be the last time I order from them because it's not the first time I receive an awful order. The last time I ordered their buffalo wings, the wings were still raw & I didn't want to write a review. So today originally ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza for pick up; once picked up I received a large pizza (FYI this pizza was for children), once we got home we realized this pizza was not even warm fresh out the oven. As you can tell by the first picture, the cheese was not melted to the pineapple (which should be once melting) the pineapple just fell off the pizza. so the reason why the pizza is half gone is because we couldn't believe what we were given and had to try it. Called the restaurant and they offered credit or to deliver us the pizza but we had to pay for the delivery fee & obviously pay tip which the restaurant could have covered it since they made the mistake on giving us a large pizza already made but just added the toppings thinking we wouldn't notice & now realize that's why instead of the medium pizza we paid for received a large. Which thought it was a nice gesture from them but not if the pizza was old and reheated. But whatever we decided to go pick up a fresh pizza from them instead of the credit, gave us a medium pizza and you can tell the difference as shown in the second picture. Rosario this is not okay. As a restaurant owner this is not okay for your customers! Not to mention the cashier had an attitude on the phone and when picked up the second time. I know this wasn't the cashiers fault but it's part of the job to check what you're giving the customers, She basically tried to say "here have your pizza now get out". Horrible customer service. Won't lie but their pizza and wings are the best if they're made correctly but never again wasting money and time to get my order right.
This is some of the best pizza in the city. Every Mexican pizza is so flavorful and fresh. Highly recommendVegetarian options: All of the pizzas are easily made vegetarian

The food was good, however I think we may have order the wrong item. It was overall a decent pizza with unique Mexican flare but I wish it had more flavor or a dominant taste. The service was speedy and it was delivered in 30 minutes as told. They are often busy as we have called before and experienced upwards of an hour wait so be sure to order ahead. We have never ate in only picked up or delivered so I can't speak to the restaurant ambiance, but overall vibe is good. I think we will try it again with a different pie.

Their food is amazing! They always get my order wrong though and they keep telling me I have credits for my past wrong orders— however I can’t imagine what they would serve me for free when they serve me the wrong order when I pay for it. I have been ordering from here for years and have never gotten exactly what I ordered, not even once. Regardless the food they do serve me is good!

One of my favorite restaurants in Philly! They always have new menu items and I’ve never had anything that wasn’t amazing. They also go above and beyond with service. When we ordered door dash delivery, they accidentally forgot our cokes (honestly probably a door dash issue because I almost never get drinks when I order delivery from door dash) and called about 20 minutes later to apologize and tell me they had brought them to us. Amazing food and amazing service! Cannot recommend enough.
