I have taken 2 classes here now, about a year or more apart, and both times were incredible! Most recently I went for pasta making and stayed to eat the pasta we made with 2 incredible sauces (bolognese and pesto) made by the Homemade by Bruno team.Jen, our teacher, was incredible! She was very knowledgeable, easy to follow and fun to talk to. She made the whole experience very lovely. I cannot say enough good things about this class! Olivia led our class- she was incredible and made the experience so special. We loved learning about all the history and the origination of the different types of pastas and sauces from all over Italy! Not to mention how accommodating Olivia was to various allergies and dietary restrictions in our group. Making the pasta was so fun and the sauces Olivia made to pair with the pasta were delicious!! Olivia was a great teacher. This class was so much fun and definitely worth the money. The pasta was so delicious & so were the desserts. I learned a lot and would come back again.
