Saad’s has one of the best cheesesteaks in the city. Yes, you heard that right. The halal nature of their cooking means they have the finest meats, cheese, and bread. The steak was very flavorful without the greasy mess that a lot of others have. The fries are amazing, too. The place is a little small so getting it to-go is recommended. All-in-all, you can’t go wrong here.

I was really excited to eat from this restaurant. I ordered a cheesesteak, chicken wings and the chicken maroosh. They could’ve gotten a 4 star review but upon starting the second half of my cheesesteak I bit something and had to chew it longer than usual so I investigated what it was and I was chewing on a piece of what I think was meat paper. Unacceptable. I ordered deliver so this let me know that the safety and sanitary regulations are under code. No serving people paper in their food. I was highly upset because it was good and I wanted to have my meal. The chicken wings were foreign object free and tasty but will never visit or purchase from this restaurant. Just completely irked!!! That’s what I get for trying a foreign cheesesteak ( not my Philly original). I know better now though
