Luxor Cafe & Hookah Lounge is hands down the best spot in Philly if you want excellent quality hookah that doesn't break the bank! The shisha is super smooth, the prices are incredibly fair, and the customer service makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door. Chill place to relax and watch the game ot just chill. The staff members are amazing and very welcoming and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I like the mint tea they server. If you are in west Philly check them out.
