The veggie noodles and banh mi hit the spot for our evening dinner at the night market. The noodles had a great ratio of veggies to noodles. The sesame seed bun was a perfect vessel for fried tofu and crisp veggies. Also sipped on a lightly sweetened Thai bubble tea. Best pho in Chestnut Hill. Broth is fragrant and everything about this place is authentic. Such a great comfort food. I am sad that they only open Wed-Sun. I haven't tried anything else. I did tried to order takeout for their Goi Cuon (summer rolls) but they gave me egg rolls instead which was disappointing. Egg rolls were decent but wouldn't pay $5-6 for it. Overall, I've been here 3 times, mostly because is nearby.

There are some selective eaters in my household and the Pho Tai (pho w/ rare steak) is always a hit. We order takeout and the food is packaged very well. The broth stays extremely hot, and the steak and fresh garnishes are packed separately. The Banh Mi Thit Nuong (grilled pork) and Banh Mi Bo Nuong (grilled beef) are also tasty.
