Sakana is my go to omakase spot and does not disappoint. We go a few times a year and there are some staple items on the menu as well as new ones. I appreciate how they incorporate unique flavors with their fish, like egg yolk topping, uni paste, and charcoal. They also serve some aged fish which I have yet to see elsewhere. Love the variety and quality!
This was my second time here and I love the service, quality of fish and ambience. It was my first omakase experience and I loved it so much I came back for seconds and will come back again! Some spotlight courses were the sea perch, smoky and fatty; double toro 60 days aged, and wbu with uni paste. All in all I highly recommend and will be returning again. The ambience is very quiet and intimate which I like but something to be aware of.
Sakana Restaurant – Omakase Review (08/13/2025)

From the appetizers to the first and second courses, every dish was exceptional. The quality of the fish was incredibly fresh, and each bite showcased the chef’s precision and skill. My personal favorite was the 60-day aged toro paired with fresh toro sushi—a...
