None of the item were on ice. How can you keep products at the correct temperature so bacteria doesn't spread. Lettuce was wilted. Apple cubs were brown. Tomatoes were sour. Cucumbers were spoiled. Staff wasn't pleasant. When I got back home I was charged for something I didn't receive.

Not so fresh if your selling refrigerated meat with frozen lettuce and everything else...I order an avocado Cobb salad with extra avocado and croutons $14 dollars Only 2 pieces of frozen avocado!! I ask if they can warm up the chicken, to be told that they don't offer that service, beyond disappointing. The idea of this salad bar is great I seriously had high hopes since I'm hands down a salad lover and this place is near my job however It's all false advertising FRESH FOOD! If the case is covid (air bunny's) than they need to reevaluate their servings. Please don't waste your time and money you have a better chance of a fresh salad ordering from a diner.

I preordered several salads to pick up. They were all packed and ready to go. I ordered the Caesar salad with tofu, eggs and nuts. It was packed without the tofu, the eggs and no rolls were included in our order. I paid full price for iceberg lettuce with some nuts on it. Very disappointing. That was my first time ordering...and my last.

Great salad with plenty of veggie options for vegans. Love the butternut squash! Girl at the register (stephanie) however is the poster child for "I hat my job".

Done good.I didn't hear a word from anyone. Why? Because they just kept eating. Sign of a good meal.Corporate needs to work on their website because payment didn't work so I had to call in with this location to place order.

Trying to order online isn't going to happen. Website very hard to navigate - I keep getting a spinning arrow. I don't want to go inside to order and have been at this for 15 minutes. Oh well, Micky D here I come.

So there was one worker up front but the rest of the staff was in the back playing music. Clearly there is no communication between the rest of the staff. I’m sure this wouldn’t happen if management was here. Chipotle has the same issues.

My first time ordering was about a month ago, I couldn't even eat the salad because the ingredients weren't fresh. I ended up tossing the entire salad. I ordered again today and it was horrible again!!!! The entire salad was made of pasta and no lettuce. The ingredients were not fresh again. Honestly, this franchise is an embarrassment to all Saladworks. If I tried this is my first experience I would never stop at a Saladworks again. They also forgot the dressing in entirety for the second salad I ordered. Poor ingredients, poor service. Corporate needs to refresh this franchise.

Not much of a variety in choices compared to the Salad Works near me. Staff was not welcoming. Salad tasted soggy without dressing. Warmer than I would have liked. I was looking for a salad filled with protein ( chicken). I got tiny pieces of chicken that I had to try to identify. Not enough chicken at ALL. I received more Thai noodles and my substitute spinach on my plate. It was horrible. So surprised because Salad Works always makes it their job to make a good salad. Still shaking my head about the teeny tiny microscopic pieces of chicken!

I visited the salad works in the Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, PA. I have been seeing it in NJ and I love salads so I was dying to go. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER... the iceberg lettuce was to chunky and Brown! For $10.00 you get 5 toppings which is fine if they weren't the size of a table spoon... I was asking a question of the young man Fixing my salad and instead of just pointing he felt it necessary to touch the each of the items " ALREADY ON MY PLATE" when I questioned it he said " ooh... I have on gloves ". I will not visit salad works again! It wasn't worth it! How do you mess up a salad???
