Open late and good selection but absolutely ridiculous prices (a bottle of J Lohr wine is $29….the same bottle of wine is sold for under $10 and is even under $20 at fine wine)

I went to get some beer and snacks. They accept cash, and for $1 charge they will accept debit, Google pay, or Apple pay. They close at 12am and 1am on Friday and Saturday.

I've lived in the neighborhood for going on five years now.I've recently started really visiting this place within the last year and have become comfortable with the place and the staff that work inside. I find myself sitting for a few minutes at times because the place is that comfortable.

Cheap af and great consistent service. Much better selection than fresh grocer on beer and more affordable. When I wanna get plastered for <$10 at 2am, I know I can rely on Salt & Pepper.

Philly!! Everytime I visit Philly, I HAVE to stop at Salt & Pepper(the one by Clark Park) and order me a chicken cheesesteak ????. Been eating here since 2006, so it's kinda my Philly tradition. Still, I'd highly recommend getting a cheesesteak here. DO NOT go downtown/Center City for a cheesesteak. Plenty of west Philly delis cook em and taste way better.
