Awful delivery drivers. In Union Market this morning your delivery truck was parked in the bike lane outside of a busy area. Driver of the truck then decided to pull out in front of me, even though there was no room, made rude hand gestures towards me. I had to swerve into the lane of oncoming traffic so the truck would not hit me, because he was not going to stop. The truck shouldn’t have even been parked there anyways let alone drive reckless into traffic.

The best place to get fish in the city! John is so friendly and gives great suggestions on new fish to try. There’s a large selection and prices are competitive or lower than most grocery stores. They also have a ton of niche items for foodies, and a wide variety of frozen items.

Great choice of fresh product!...Get Aunt Connie's fish cakes.

To my drivers I don’t know if they have overnight parking but it looks like u may be able to park out front or across the street if u have an early appointment or if u just drive straight to the place. Now I want to give Chuck and the young man 10 stars. It was tight I was doing a drop and hook and I wanna say Mr. Greg let me in after hours and all they trucks were in the back without hesitation they were moving trucks watching me and helping me. I really appreciate it. Thank guys your whole team rocks. Update drivers I just saw parking attendant giving tickets to cars. It’s a sign that’s states no parking 5 pm to 12 across the street. I did hear them tell cars they can park on the side of Samuel. They didn’t say anything to me I did 30 minutes and left.

I'm posting this for my Aunt. We are celebrating her 82nd birthday with crabs, fish and family from all over. My cousins purchased 1 bushel of male crabs $180, near 13 were dead. They came back and bought #3 females, extremely small crabs for $150, it appear that 40% of this bushel are dead. This is not good business when someone spends over $300 for a product and get half usable product. She now have to go back to SS on her celebration day to debate with this establishment about inferior products sold to her son. I buy crabs once a month, and I will not patronize here.

This driver was driving reckless.He was trying to marge back into traffic. There was no space between my car and the car in front of us and he decided to damn near crash on the passenger side of our car to get in front

This is dangerous and illegal (in Washington, DC).Your delivery driver did so this morning on 14th ST NW, between T and U street.DC Municipal Regulation 2405.1(g) states, "No person shall stop, stand, or park a motor vehicle or trailer...in a bicycle lane"Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

The food was excellent great selection lobster mac & cheese was to die for. I’m actually going back for my second week in a row. Hopefully I can get there before they close at 4 o’clock. The food here is extraordinary especially all you have to do is warm it up when you get home

Grew up in South Philly and Impolito's (13th and Dickinson) was my go to place for crab cakes and seafood salad. Fast forward 35 years and going on the internet to place a order, I find out that Impolito's is closed and was redirected to Samuel's. I think they were connected with Impolito's, whatever the case, everyone that I have told about it have been there and continue to go. I have mentioned them to at least 5 people and they love the food, as do I. I may be biased because I was raised in southPhilly but we did have Strollie's, 9th street, Pat's and Geno's, and John's water ice, an I can't forget Melino's. This is in the same vein. A South Philly Icon, a little pricey but worth it. ?

Purchased this “premium” crab meat for some homemade ravioli and unfortunately it was inedible due to the amount of small shell pieces all through out the meat. I almost chipped my tooth! Customer service was not helpful at all. Hand picked in Indonesia so that’s probably where they went wrong. What a waste of time and money as this is not a cheap product sitting at 30 bucks a can in Canada. Also doesn’t have a very appetizing smell. I suggest going with a different company as all that homemade ravioli had to be thrown out

I didn’t like how the man made it seem like I’m bothering him to ask prices one then when I made my purchase he told me to wait on the retail side then they hurried to bag my fishes like they didn’t want me to see when I got home a fish was spoil n we all know one spoil fish makes the rest go bad. The black man was whispering n chatting looking at me like they knew what was up. I told him I wasn’t pleased with my service n he was like ok. The guy at the front when u just enter was really good he billed a convo with me n the lady that worked upstairs too. I didn’t even go to find him to tell him about my service because I was so upset. STOP SELLING SPOILED FISHES ITS A WASTE OF PPL MONEY N ITS NOT HEALTHY

Truckers there's no overnight parking at this location.. receiving is off the street in the front. but shipping is at the 2nd driveway by a blue traffic sign before the traffic light. It's not much room if there's a lot of trucks there and not sleeper trucks friendly if alot of trucks there.. This is for truckers info only not attacking the company n the procedures.. So its not unexpected post like my comment below said
