My Sister and I were there Friday, July 3rd. To pick up an Order of whitings. Everyone was so friendly, hospitable and helpful. That a rarity in business today. The fish was delicious. I was so impressed I had recommended Solomon’s to my family and friends.
Several years ago I stumbled upon this place and I could not be more grateful. The seafood is always fresh and the selection is vast. I found Grouper here last weekend when no one in the city had it. All claimed it was too expensive to carry in store. Samuel's had it and it was fresh. I found cold water lobster tails for $5 so I bought four. Perfect on the grill with a ribeye. The best seafood market in Philadelphia! Super fresh fish, huge diversity and very competitive prices. On top of that, very friendly and knowledgeable staff (Manager John is the best !).
