I was at Santucci’s yesterday and have to say I had the nicest server ever. Haley was so sweet and couldn’t do enough to make sure our orders were accurate and we were happy with our food. She’s such an asset to your restaurant! We will definitely return!
City Food Tours
It's too common for well-known food joints to sacrifice some customer service etiquette due to their reputation and volume of business. That is NOT the case with Santucci's - they are eager to make everyone happy beyond just their pizzas and tomato pies. They were so flexible with our group visit and made us feel at home. This was many people's favorite bite on our food tour.
Alot better to dine in, the delivery was ice cold ,olives were stale .Don't order end of shift. Terrible this time.

Ordered a pizza and waited 45mins for it to arrive. I called the place and waited for about three minutes before they answered. When they answered and I told them what happened, they said they were busy and their delivery guy just left and to wait another half out. Waited another 45mins and still no pizza, so I called again. Same person picks up and again gives the excuse that they were busy, but this time say that the kitchen never gave the pizza to the driver. After another 20mins the pizza finally arrives somehow warm. Crust was the hardest on any pizza I’ve ever eaten and the only flavor was from the sauce. Wish I had asked grubhub for a refund.
