Since its run by students my expectations weren’t that high but super friendly workers and while it’s a bit pricey the vanilla bean cold brew was tasty!!! I paired it with the decent sized grilled cheese sandwich and was set for the morning!

i feel really bad for the barista but this location is so badly ran. there was only one barista on duty for the morning rush and my iced coffee took over 25 minutes. whoever managing this location needs to care about their staff better. coffee is okay, not worth showing up to class 30 mins late for. I know she was probably rushing but she made my drink completely wrong and used whole milk instead of oat. wasted 30 mins of my life for a coffee i can’t drink.
also i never see them use gloves to make smoothies? just straight bare hands on those mangos.

I had an iced vanilla latte with light ice, which was goodI really liked that they actually honored the light ice preference and gave light ice – most places I go just fill it up with ice even if I specify light iceThe baristas are very friendly, and the service is efficient

Usually I absolutely LOVE saxbys. But there is a new girl working who CONTINUOUSLY messes up my drink. I watched her put only 1 shot when I ordered 2 then filled more than HALF my drink with milk (I ordered chai). I confronted her and she told me i was wrong after watching her make my drink. I dont know her name but she has glasses, long dark hair, and medium skin tone.

There was 8 people waiting for their drinks with only two workers in the front. The person taking orders spoke in the most monotone tone and didn’t want to be there. He upcharged me for the entire drink that took over 15 mins to be made. I love saxbys as a chain but would avoid returning to this location.
