They make a very tasty latte! Previous reviews are right though, they are somewhat pricey. However I thought it was worth it because there's plenty of space to sit and study, and nobody really cares how long you linger even with just one cup of coffee. That's the beauty of being on a college campus! There are also plenty of outlets for your devices, and a quieter and more secluded little area near the entrance, with a communal table where I set up shop.

Less than average coffee after 20 mins of waiting.

Tasty, albeit expensive coffee, in University City. The caramel macchiato is my fav. Always pleasant service.

I was told that if I wanted a flat white I should ask for a cortado. A flat white is a flat white, it should not be 12oz. Unfortunate experience but I will go elsewhere next time. I have never had an issue at other coffee shops in the area. Glad she was able to remake it. You attract more bees with honey than vinegar. Lady was not very happy when I tried explaining to her that a flat white should not be 12oz.

This is a rather capacious coffee shop with breakfast and bakery items located on/near the U Penn campus. I came here to study today and ordered a warm chai latte. The drink was good. I was able to find a table near the window with an outlet. Most of the customers seem to be Penn students vs residents of the hospitals. Service was courteous. The bathroom has a code.

the crumb cake is SO good. I got a carmel oatmilk latte and it's pretty good but i've had there iced chai before and it was better than the regular latte.

Clean seating area, clean bathrooms, and ample seating on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the raspberry iced tea which was cool and refreshing. Music here isn't too loud so this seems like a great cafe to buy some food/drink and get some work done.

Great place to get some work done. I love the cold brew with oat milk and lavender! They also have a plentiful amount of plant-based options from vegan grilled cheeses to breakfast burritos. Also smoothies!

This is my favorite coffee shop to work in. Good coffee, friendly staff, and plenty of vegan food options. It can get pretty crowded during peak times, but there's usually enough seating to go around. The only demerit is the bathroom is always filthy. It's also very dark and one of the two stalls doesn't lock.

the baristas here are such wonderful people! i go here regularly and they always know my name and order— sometimes, if they’re not too busy, my drink is ready before i even get to the register! i would drop names of some of these excellent people but there’s simply too many okay i’ll try anyway; santana, andrew, alyssa, corbyn, ruby, han, mel, lauren, maya, wabii, gosh the list just goes on… excellent team— they all deserve raises and big tips :)

The salted caramel cold brew is sure to be your next favorite! The caramel flavor is pleasantly sweet yet not overwhelming, and complements the smoothness of the cold brew well. I was surprised that you don't need to add any milk, because it is so creamy already. The cold brew was refreshing, smooth, and balanced with a hint of sweetness, and did not have any sourness or acidity. The iced vanilla latte with oat milk was my go-to order, but now that their salted caramel cold brew was so delicious, I may try other cold brew options too. The matcha berry daiquiri was on the sweeter side, which I felt overwhelmed the taste of the matcha. The strawberry and raspberry flavors seemed to clash a bit as well, and the coconut milk just did not mix well with the matcha. Because there was too much going on in this drink, the matcha flavor was drowned out, and the berry and coconut flavors did not go well together. Ambiance was fun and a good study spot if you like to have some background music and chatter :) It was a pleasure working here with a friend, and the convenient location near UPenn is also a plus!
