This bar is the real deal, what more could you want in a corner bar, lots of good cheap cold beer, sports always on, there was even live music last time I was in. The gift that keeps on giving.

Been there a few times now after discovering it a couple weeks ago and had a different bartender each time. Without fail, each bartender has been exceptionally welcoming and kind! Haven't gotten food but it does look good. Week nights seem to be quiet for a beer and very little wait on the pool tables. Went on a Friday and the place was buzzing, love to see it! Pool tables being $1.50/game is great compared to so many other places.

Can't say enough positive things about this neighborhood gem. Great bartenders who make the place feel like home, two pool tables which draw friendly players of all skill levels, delicious food and rotating specials, and the most lovely regulars who will make you feel like family. Scanlons is why I love living in this neighborhood.
