We visited on a Thursday night and were surprised by how busy they were. That's a testament to the quality of their product and service, I imagine. They were efficient and we got our order pretty quickly. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable and the employees were friendly.

I need Baltimore ice cream shops to take extensive notes on the vegan options at this shop. I had mint ice cream that didn’t suck for the first time in over 10 years since I stopped being able to eat dairy.I almost wept.Dietary restrictions: Had a wonderful board with extensive notes on what was and wasn’t safe for varying allergies (vegan, gluten free, dairy free). There were not notes about nut allergies, so I’d love to see that be adopted in the future.

FOOD I ordered a medium Fightin's, a cheesecake-based ice cream. It was creamy but quite sweet, so it'll definitely fulfill your sweet tooth! They offer a variety of other specialty flavors, and you can even make your own by selecting your own mix-ins. SERVICE Jefferson students (and employees as well, I believe) get an automatic 20-25% off when showing your ID. The staff are kind and friendly. AMBIANCE There are some seats and tables available inside the store (around 4-5 tables for two). PARKING Paid street parking is available at a limited capacity. Parking garages are also nearby.

It’s a shame that they don’t let you sample the ice-cream, because if they did I wouldn’t have bought any. I was very excited to try this place on my recent trip to Philly but was disappointed. The ice-cream is just not good.

Ice cream was delicious ?Service for the customers could've been better ( smiling faces, greeting upon arrival, etc. )Tables and chairs were dirty, but the store was overall pretty clean.Fast service.Reasonable prices.
I got a chocolate malt milkshake. I could barely hear what the cashier said was in it and was only disappointed by what I received. It’s was portly blended and tasted grained. I paid 10 whole dollars for the milkshake and I am very upset that I wasted that much money.
