I ordered a Tuna wrap and they gave me a little bit of tuna, little lettuce and tomato. Also ordered a cheeseburger that fell apart every time you picked it up. Never coming back again.

Got 2 chicken chicken steaks they have the nerve to charge $12 + for steak em (chicken). Had I known this I would have went elsewhere. They need to be ashamed to be charging $12 + for steak em (chicken) meat.

I lowered my rating because they marked my steaks wrong and I am diabetic and I cannot eat And because they marked them wrong my fiance Had eaten half my steak. Not only do I not use ketchup because I'm diabetic I do not like it And it makes me sick.

I've been ordering food from Shefs for the past 2.5 years. My "go to" is the large plain/cheese pizza which is always "on point". I've also had their cheese steaks and salads on several occasions which is delicious. The one thing I really enjoy about this place is that the food is consistent in regards to taste, portion size and quality. I have not had a bad experience yet.

Update: 8/9/24 I ordered two cheesesteak lunch specials and the food had changed. The fries were fried hard and the steak was not good. 4 stars to 1

Ladies taking orders and answering the phone have an attitude and entitlement problem. They let their personal lives effect work and cuss and holler at people calling in for food. Super unprofessional.
