Absolutely best burger I ever had! So big, such good quality, and so generously portioned. Amazing smash fries as well. Everything here is so tasty and they give you a lot without being too expensive

Delicious Classic Double Smash Burger was a hit. Bacon was crispy, avocado was cold, the bun was warm and soft and the beef tasted fresh. Hash browns come with salt and herbs and I highly recommend dipping them in their BBQ sauce. Vanilla Milkshake tasted exactly like I expected it too. Very happy to have stopped by this restaurant inside the airport’s food court. Bonne appetit!

Smashburger in the food court is the best place to get a great burger at PHL Airport. The menu is a truncated version of the typical Smashburger store menu but the food is generally very good and tasty even if a bit greasy. Skip the lines at McD’s and BK, and treat yourself to an upgraded burger meal at Smashburger.

Cook went on break during dinner rush. Customer service rep was slow, and shift manager didn’t step in to do anything (cook, take orders, make a shake).

It was my first time having smashburger, i had the vegetarian burger, and the flavored tater tots. The food was really good! Service was a bit weird but you are in an airport and I think in general a requirement to work at the airport is to hate the public.

Pretty certain they found very old fries and burgers in the freezer an cooked them up. Fries barely touched and burger was so lathered with condiments. All I tasted when I burped with either freezer burn or plastic. Steer clear! Also drink tasted watered down..

completely got my order wrong and pricing makes no sense. how is a burger $10 and a water $5

Only one employee working and he gave me the wrong order. Placed online, walked from Gate A11 to A24 only to have an incorrect order. It was not busy, only one other person was waiting and nothing else on the expo screen. Too far to go back and not enough time either. Tried calling to get a refund but of course, no answer.

Love Smashburger and this one was no exception. Great burgers and absolutely delicious milkshakes. They use excellent quality ice cream and the shakes are thick and wonderful. Highly recommend.

The biggest problem is, there is often a long wait after you order and no way to know how long the wait will be. And when waiting for a plane that's a bad thing. So I would steer clear and choose one of the other places.

Noone in line or waiting for their food. Spent twenty five minutes waiting for a burger... And I got someone else's order somehow? Despite it being a ghost town. A woman walked over to the counter in a panic, her kid having spilled a soda all across the table, dripping onto the floor. She wanted napkins to clean it up. The cashier told her that, no, she's out of luck. "We can't afford to just give napkins away." Yeah, it's cheaper than some of the other places in the airport. But they won't treat you like a human and probably won't actually listen to your order. Beat avoided. Never coming back. (Writing this in 2022, apparently I had a three star experience in 2019. Some things just don't change, I guess.)

Food was decent but not as good as I'd hoped for. Love Smashburger so I was excited to see them in PH and appreciated that they were open after 8pm. I got a single cheeseburger and fries. The bun and cheese were pretty cold and that really affected the burger temp so keep that in mind. I think it had to do with the slow volume of customers at that hour. Staff was friendly and talkative which helped the overall experience. I'd go back!

Should have went to Chick-fil-A which is in the same food court. (Look behind you) Terrible food at Smashburger. My order was wrong. My fries looked old and where tasteless plus Tater Tots where mixed in with it. To me this is an over rated Burger King. 20 bucks for burger, fries and drink! People at the counter where nice.

Food was actually pretty good. Service was dreadfully slow. The Posted Prices are Wrong -- Customer are charged more. See the photos attached, I was charged over 10% more than the listed price. I mentioned this to a 'team member,' and was told, those posted are the old prices, these are the new prices. Is this false advertising? And yes, I filled out an evaluation and put my email in and checked the box ... sure, contact me about this issue. Uh huh. No, I've not been contacted

15 minutes is way too long to wait at an airport
