My favorite place to get an açaí bowl… but eh card machine has been down for months and they close whenever they want to. Not sure what you guys need to do to get your company in check at your Philadelphia location, but it certainly is not looking good for your business. They already shut down the university city location.. hate to see this be the next

Yummy bowl and fast service. No recycling though for the plastic bowls.

Originally walked to Pressed Juicery, but due to construction, they didn't have acai bowls.Came to Sobol and had a mango pineapple bowl. There was only one man working. He took the orders and made the orders and was very nice. It was not busy at all, so I got my order fast. The fruit was nice and fresh, but the smoothie part was still partially frozen/icey.He didn't think the credit card machine should take, so I paid cash, but he was able to email me a receipt, so I was very appreciative of that. It's a very small, quaint place but it's a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of downtown Philly. They have a variety of bowls and smoothiesI definitely recommend you check this place out.

Staff was very kind and helped me out to order what I wanted. There was an issue with their register, but they handled it politely and professionally. I was able to get the smoothie I wanted within the timeframe I needed. Will be returning! Thanks staff :-)

It's hard to assign stars. My açai bowl was very good and reasonably priced. However, that day, the credit card machine was not working and it was cash only. I went back two days later, and the restaurant was closed due to "lack of supplies."I went to playa Bowls instead, which is also very good.

Everything is laid back, no rush. Fresh mango, strawberries, blueberries and coconut and pineapple being prepped. The kitchen is busy and orders are being filled the entire time I’m deciding what to order. Very clean but there are flies in the dining room.

I have been consistently disappointed with this location. The first time I went here, they were only serving açaí bowls due to the supposed blender not working (why a smoothie/açaí bowl store only has 1 blender is beyond me). My second attempt, I ordered 2 generic smoothies. There was no line and multiple employees in the kitchen/prep area and somehow it took 25+ minutes for these 2 smoothies to be made. Again, with no line and no other smoothies being prepped for online orders/etc. My third and final attempt, the stores card reader wasn't working and they were only accepting cash. Meanwhile, the staff in each of these 3 interactions were cold/withdrawn, and it was evident they would rather be anywhere else. I understand technological issues happen but I can't help but notice an unsavory trend of poor customer service and less than ideal timeliness.
