We really enjoyed the bread basket and the Moroccan breakfast. It came in a skillet and stayed warm the entire time we were there. However, the service is questionable. While I was still eating, someone came and picked up my water glasses at my table and even tried to grab my plate.

The place is very aesthetic, gives local small business vibes, but very packed and busy during the weekends. You have to order first and then see if there are tables/seating for your party after. When we went in the summer there were flies inside and seating is tight. We ordered the variety of breads and I fear that was the highlight, specifically the baguette. DO NOT recommend the iced matcha. That was the worst one I've had a lot of clumps. As for the food, I got the Moroccan chicken sandwich and it was dry, the baguette made up for the chicken.
I would come again to give the other food a try but during the week to avoid the crowd or just order takeout
The staff were clearly doing their best to keep up with the orders

I love this very European feeling Cafe in my neighborhood! You are transported to another world as soon as you step into this sweet little space on Locust, near Quince Street.
Next to one of the most historic neighborhoods known to Philadelphia, this well appointed, beautifully designed Cafe is run by Soufian, who comes from a long line of International chef’s. From his grandmother and father’s influence, he brings his Moroccan influences to some outrageously good dishes on his menu. His tagines are to die for! I have many favorites, but I do believe that his quiche Loraine is one of the best in the world, as I have ordered this quiche wherever I have traveled when it is available. It is a huge serving and the crust is incredibly airy and flaky, with a super creamy egg filling with delicious chunks of French ham. The lamb sandwich is an outstanding option as well. But don’t take my word for it, come to this super quaint café with super nice, Happy staff!
Be ready and review the menu online if you can before you come, because you decide what you want, pay ahead and then they give you a number, and will deliver the food to you when it’s ready. If you can, sit outside in the back quaint garden, overlooking the Sartain community garden. This precious café is not to be missed!!!!

Delicious food and drinks with limited seating indoors and outdoors. We got lucky with a table right away but noticed a few parties standing and waiting for a table as we finished our meal so not recommended for larger parties or to stay for a long time.

We had lunch there today, had high hopes as we love Moroccan cuisine. The food totally missed the mark, lacked taste and looked like a complete lack of any effort. It’s unfortunate, because we really enjoy Moroccan food and will not be going back.

Nice little brunch spot. But there are a lot of flies inside the restaurant… which are a little annoying.

Staffs are so rude! Completely ignore us and let a girl that come in after get a table first. Didn’t ask for our order. Poor hospitality

Everything is self-service (get drinks, setup your own table)
The food was eh. Walnut cake was soooo dry. Chicken tagine was cold inside. 🤢
