They don’t answer their phone despite having specific hrs online. Sometimes they answer sometimes they don’t which is frustrating because they aren’t consistent.

Horrible!!!!!!! I waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Being told twice after waiting that the driver would be too me in 10 minutes. Only to be told I have to cancel the order. And mind you this is the 3rd time something like this occurred. They win no more orders from me.

2 hrs no food, 3 drivers try to get my food nothing by the time I cancel on doordash .alot place already closed its almost 1 am so basically moste things closed now im going to sleep hungry. Thank you so much .and I called the guy on the phone was screaming at me call doordash smh wow .unbelievable this is crazy .

They always get my order right and the prices are excellent, never had a bad order from Sorrento's and 9/10 I make them my weekly ordering out treat. Rock solid cheesesteaks and wings.

Its good, but that price could be lower, cheesteaks not bad, pizzas look good, She said she coming over, this the place you order from if she like to eat, expect to wait Friday Saturday Sunday cause we all callin the same dam time. Wings with the hot buffalo sauce and ranch I've never had but always seemed to buy for her where skinned to the bone no type of sharing, salads, Ok yellow cheese (nO) Drinks affordable, Crew Speak what language , long as they get my order right , the apps charge 10 More then the regular menu but convenience is key.No parking but double parking without problems from police bc they waiting to. Food 4 Stars- Your gonna eat If you order Service: 4 * Don't break my pockets, Atmosper 4* I would buy if I could afford Its good.

Wonderful food! Their pasta pizza salad and bread knots are soooo good! Always hot fresh and overly portioned lol enough for dinner and lunch the next day I’m so satisfied and happy

Omg I love this place. I always get the salad and pasta a wings omg so good and flavorful food always cooked just right. I don’t feel heavy after I eat it either and that’s a good thing. May God continue to bless this place

This is the only place close by with pizza and wings that’s open late when I’m up at work on my overnight shift. This place is a HIT OR MISS depending on who they have cooking. Some days are ok some days plain disrespectful. Last time I ordered I received food I wouldn’t even give to my dog. I do food reviews on social media as well. Ever since I gave them a bad review when my small pizza and wings took forever and a day to get to me and arrived with hard cold cheese & the wings were stuck together , had feathers all on them and just looked disgusting. After I left that review now when I call they place me on hold & tell me the cook will not prepare my food. lol they’re mad at a customer who received disgusting food but clearly didn’t fire the cook who makes disgusting food. Shows a lot about them as a business. Gave them a 3 star trying to be nice as I figured maybe somebody new was in the kitchen but after they keep telling me the cook will not prepare my order when I call now I’m doing reviews every where. Also went the extra mile to report them to the BBB and the Health Department/L&I think about that the next time yall serve nasty food and a customer gives you a second chance to make it right.

Mu cousin ordered for delivery at 11:55pm and we had to call 4 times just to get food sent out for it to look like this. After the first call back the man on the phone was incredibly rude and wasn't helpful at all. The food was finally delivered @ at 2:30am

My food was horrible first off we got it a whole hour and a half after we ordered because of a mistake due to the driver and when I got my food it was cold and soggy my chicken fingers where soggy and greasy and my fries were soggy and everything was cold. Do not order from them. Terrible.

Food here is pretty good when they get my order correct. But to the black guy with dreads that’s always at the register and taking orders over the phone. You are rude as hell. You disrespect your coworkers, you disrespect all the Uber and DoorDash drivers that come in there trying to make a living to support their families! Treat people the way you wanna be treated. If you don’t like your job, then go find a new one ! He needs to be fired immediately! I ordered from here at least three times a week and after today, I will never go back!
