this is literally the worst cheesesteak I've ever had!!! I cant even eat this my bread is burnt! never again, literally no steak no cheese all these pickels for whattt!?? waste of time and money the cook on the night 12/16/2024 needs to be fired like yesterday 😤 😑

I love they cheesesteaks and pizza the spicy chicken I gave them 4 cuz he cut my pizza in 4 ? Also I wanted a side of sauce on side and pizza if I ask for a side of spicy sauce with the pizza but this my second time last time I added wings and they were good just !!! 3 times the well done first time well done be regular like they out em in the 7mins timer cooks know !!!

I just ordered from this Restaurant today. : Sorranto Pizza and grill TODAY 11/23/2024, Read the reviews below, the owner keep apologizing for all of his customers bad experience. He need to pour that energy into serving fresh, great tasting food. fIXING IT IS MORE IMPORTANT.
LOCATION: 646 S. 55th street, Phila, PA.. The delivery person did not follow the delivery instructions , he PLACED my hot food on the cold rainy steps outside my home as if that made any sense to a human being with common sense. I read the reviews on this restauraunt after I received my food ..and everybody said this food was nasty and they did not like it. they were exactly right. my pizza was nasty and had no flavor. How does pizza not have flavor? This restaurant made the Turkey Hoagie with fake/processed turkey meat .. not real turkey . I looked at it an knew I would not like this sandwich. They do not take pride in their food nor presentation . They do not respect their customers. PLACED MY HOT FOOD ON THE COLD RAINY STEPS!! I can not and will not never ever order food from this place never again . first impressions mean a lot to me. I added the sauce just to give it some flavor. I'm so dissapointed. The sauce taste better than the pizza... look at that sloppy nasty tasting pizza. I'm going to tell all of my friends and the BBB,

This used to be a great fast food "joint", but since it changed hands about a year ago, it is NOT THE SAME QUALITY, AND ITS OBVIOUS THE OWNER DOESN'T TRULY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE , LIKE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS DID, IN MY OPINION.

This isn’t a review — it’s a question. I’m a neighbor. Can you guys consider adding an Eggplant Parm pizza to the menu? I’m really craving it. Excited to order your food in the next couple days. I haven’t tried it but all the photos look great, even when people are complaining in the review. Vegetarians and vegans over here gonna order veggie pizza and tomato pie :)

I ordered a four White Cheese pizza and it look nothing like the photograph on Grubhub.. this is completely wrong order.. like where is the red sauce??? 🤔

Never order pizza or food from this pizzeria. They make you wait for your order for a long time and their driver can lose the order. The employees are disrespectful, nervous. They don't know how to work, they should close.

Usually there is a sweet older lady that is fast with making sure customers get their orders for pick up, today 9/8/2024 4:27pm whoever is working in the front as a cashier was very slow, answering calls that’s coming back to back instead of putting them on hold and keep checking on the food. The cook and cashier was arguing in front of us about a customer complaining on the phone & I have been waiting over 23 mins as well as 2 people. You guys need a faster cashier or two people at the front at least. The cashier didn’t even update us on hold long the orders was going to take.
