Good food @ a fair price. However, they did not tell us(prior to ordering) that their credit machine was not working and would only accept cash. We knew this, as we overheard the waiter telling a table, as we waited to be seated. Would not go back.

Small and so casual, but tight, especially when people are waiting to eat. We had the carpaccio appetizer, which was nice and lemony with shallots and capers, and the buffalo mozzarella with excellent roasted zucchini. The ravioli with bolognese sauce was really good, as was the chocolate mousse. Excellent staff. Very enjoyable meal. Make reservations. Cash only.

i ordered from grubhub and it was nothing short of fabulous!!!!! without question the best octopus i have ever had. the penne with blush sauce same. i can't wait to order from the restaurant again. actually sorry i didn't order dessert especially if the mains were outstanding as they were. i won't make that mistake again. Thank you chef for the best octopus i have ever had.................

Ordered food over the phone based on website menu. The website prices were outdated but was not told - was expecting $21 for beet salad and pizza and was charged $29 ( before tax). Food was ok.

Sotto is amazing!! We moved to Philly from CT and this is our favorite spot!! Daniel is absolutely incredible, he works so hard and always gives us an elaborate description of the many specials. The food is always delicious and delivered so quickly. Tonight the restaurant was packed and only Daniel and Max were working and the service was impeccable. These two guys were hustling and I honestly don’t understand how they still deliver such amazing service with just two servers. This speaks volumes of Daniel and Max and their customer service skills. Also the food is AMAZING, so fresh and delicious. I really couldn’t recommend this spot more. Thank you Sotto!!

This place is unbelievable! The food is chefs kiss, and the waitstaff is so good. Daniel is the hardest working waiter I’ve met, he waits on the entire restaurant and you couldn’t tell because the service is timely. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The food was too salty!! I ate like one third of my dish bcs I was starving and I was willing to eat whatever. But then I told the waiter the food is too salty and he went like “you ate the whole thing, you should have told me earlier and I would have changed it for you” he didn’t even think about apologizing or offering any thing to make it up for me!! He was even talking to me in a rude way!Wouldn’t go there again.

I don't like when places close kitchen before indicated time to close store, but I guess that it is a City / MOM & POP thing I must be more liberal about. I ordered seafood mix that came with pasta and blush sauce for $19. Would like to see more colors in my meal. Maybe a complimentary small salad or a few roasted green beans on top to color things up,but overall not bad at all.

Came here on a Friday. It was okay packed. The bread served was dry, old and underwhelming at best. We got 4 entrees and one appetizer. Appetizer came 45 mins from ordering and dinner came 60 mins later. Unfortunately by that time, we had filled ourselves with the old bread.My order was a simple plate of chicken parmigiana with fettuccini pasta. Pasta was undercooked and chicken was dry. Sauce was meh.I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.
