This is usually my spot when I want some good flavorful potato greens / cassava leaf but today it wasn’t good then I order cassava leaf and they sent me “ potato greens “ and the spinach wasn’t cooked all the way it was dry and no flavor or spice won’t be ordering from here for a while highly disappointed

Use to eat here a lot for years, food has recently changed and not as good as before , I bought THREE platters and the potatoes green taste awful, when I said the lady on the phone who also claimed to be the manager told me to hold on while she taste the food herself, she then told me it’s just missing seasoning and to season from my home… told me it was nothing else she can do. I will also make a post on every social media account so people can see how awful soul of Africa is now smh.

The oxtail was ok and the fufu was bad 👎 dont like it wish I have my money back wt a waste of $17 and 1 hrs drive 😢

This is my second time ordering from your restaurant in the last three days I ordered yesterday and today same item the potato greens with the rice yesterday it was Fairly good I had a little kick to it, but not spicy however, today I am not satisfied at all with this food that I just paid for the food tastes very vinegar. It’s no type of other flavor that I taste the vinegar. This is my favorite Mille and I am so very disappointed and I only Did it take over an hour to get all that taste is vinegar no spice no habanero kick to it anything this is absolutely unacceptable

The worst restaurant ever they don't pick up the phone pay for okra and rice delivery nasty okra and forget the rice tell me to come pick up my rice after pay on line to deliver nasty the only times the food was good when Rose was there now is 1/100 bad food bad service

I ordered DoorDash delivery. The first 2 times I loved it, this time it’s disgusting flavorless, stale chicken, hard rice bland cabbage. I’m disappointed because this meal was $28 but I was craving it so long I had to order and I am irritated. I need my money back

I usually get my potato greens from le mandingue but I recently moved so I figured I give this place a try. Their potato greens and fufu definitely didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed the flavor, the only thing i didn’t like about it was pieces in the greens I couldn’t really chew. The fufu was also good - it didn’t stick to my fingers like other fufu I had in the past so I was happy about that. I also got white rice and I wish it came with their pepper sauce that usually comes with their platters. Other than that, I will probably go back again.
