This place surprised me in all wonderful ways! Food is delicious and made out of farm fresh ingredients! Cocktail menu has all the staples and unexpected choices. I had a pomegranate and blood orange gimlet that was lip smacking good. We shared buffalo wings that were perfectly spicy and chicken was densely meaty. My friend had the fish sandwich which may seem overloaded with layers, however all are essential to build a juicy, briny and crunchy texture and flavor. The cod was perfectly flaky. I ordered the lamb chops with fingerling potatoes and peas, taking a bet as I thought. I certainly felt like I won a prize! The chops were perfectly pink and server with a pairing of a capers spread, the potatoes were lovely but the star of the dish were peas. I never expect much from peas but these were farm fresh and somehow toasty. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the ambience is perfect for a date or dinner with friends. The place has a lot of space inside and a terrace outside. While food is superb the place feels very relaxed. The music was great and not too loud to have a good conversation. We will be back! Thank you very much.

The SPTR is exactly the type of place that I would create in a lab if I had access to some Weird Science type of machine. I'd cut up pictures of my favorite parts of my favorite bars I've ever been to, and I'd throw them into the Weird Science machine, and it would spit out the SPTR.

- Good enough beer selection. I don't need to be overwhelmed. Just give me options for however I'm feeling that day. 

- Really tasty food. The burger was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. 

- The vibe is great. Going solo? Going on a date? Going with friends to hang? You can do all of those things here. 

- The staff were on top of everything. 

- Good music. 

What does SPTR have that you don't need or want? I can't think of a single thing. I feel even more blessed that my good friends live right next to it. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect corner bar/restaurant. Great and cozy vibes. Grace is the sweetest and all the staff are wonderful. The menu has something for everyone. Portions are good and prices are reasonable. Think elevated bar food. They always have a fun cocktail menu. All ages and all kindsa folks. I always bring out of town guests and they always love it.
