This establishment is terrible. The floors are broken and cracked inside, so you have to watch your step. They have shiesty business practices. Aftering paying for the section, they didn’t want to give the section, then refused to give the money back. They finally put us in the section then refused to give juice saying if you want a mixed drink then go to the bar. The food is good, but do not buy a section there, because they are up to date on section culture. The building is not up to par either.

went yesterday it was awful all the seats were wet from the leaking ceiling dripping on everyone the seats the floor were so slippery so many people were falling down. The food that we’re offering took over a hour to arrive and when it arrive it was frozen foods that they were overcharging for. On top of that you could see a giant crack on the floor which you could see the basement. It’s a hazard. Wasn’t a lot of fun.

If I could zero stars I would. This place is a ghetto scamming mess. Me and my group (4 of us in total) all put in for a section for the Galentines Day event . When we first got there we had our IDS and bags checked. After we got inside we were ordered to pay $30 each to enter. Now this wasn’t an issue because we knew we arrived after 11pm. The only thing I’m confused about is WHY do you have to pay an entry fee when you purchased a section??????

After heading inside we realized that no one told us where our section was and we didn’t let anyone know we had a section. So we went back up front to try to figure out where our section was just to be put out 30 seconds later because a cop was out front. I don’t know what that had to do with us but everyone in the entry way had to stand outside for about 20 mins while security and the one cop chatted it up casually. At this point we spent $200 for the section and $30 each to get inside yet we are standing outside for some reason. After the 25 minute wait we were finally let back inside , there was no care in the world for anyone who purchased a section , you are treated like an after thought. When we finally get up to the counter , this darkskin woman with the Edna bob was clearly lost. She gave us a hard time with confirming that we did in fact pay. AFTER confirming the payment one of the security guards tried to charge us all $30 again even though we already paid. After getting inside we are seated at our section with no drinks, ice , or other beverages for about 30 minutes. During that time the dark skin lady handling the sections came over and told us we had to get up from the section. No reason as to why she just said “she’s tryna figure out who sat us here”. I guess they figured it out cause 10 mins later our bottle and ice came. We arrived at 11:26pm and didn’t even get to start our night and enjoy our section until 12:30am. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE. NEVER EVER COME HERE unless you are fine with being scammed, standing in the cold, paying people for sections just for them to turn around and act like you didn’t, random cop visits , being double charged to get in, having to literally FIND your bartender to order more stuff and just endless confusion all night.

Honestly, I can't believe anyone is giving this establishment any stars. They're nothing but scammers! We paid $845 for a section, and get this – they didn't even bother to close it off after we made a deposit. We were left waiting for three hours! And don't even get me started on the lukewarm bottles they brought, which weren't even what we ordered, in that stifling, sauna-like heat. The bottle service was a joke, too; the girls practically crawled to our section. After all these screw-ups, we simply asked for our money back. Not only are they REFUSING TO REFUND US, but they're also holding onto the additional $60 we paid for entrance after already buying tickets. If you're in Philly looking for a good time, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE – unless you enjoy being ripped off, baked alive, and served warm drinks, then by all means be my guest.

Horrendous place we paid $845 dollars for no reason they did not reserve our table or give us any of our drinks we asked to refund they told us they could only give us $100s back, DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL I CAME FROM OUT OF TOWN AND THEY DID MY ENTIRE FAMILY LIKE THIS DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. After arguing they said they would give us a refund but they scammed us and did not give us our money back at all we paid 845 for nothing

The owner is a scammer. We paid for a table and bottles, but he told us he didn’t have the bottles we ordered, gave our table to someone else, and now refuses to refund our money.

Kay was very great , very fast and knew how how to count which in that environment a lot of people don’t ? loved her vibe and she made sure we were good all night def 10/10

The place is fun for parties, but it’s one older lady in the front that will try and scam you.. the manager said I get 5 people in my section for free the amount I paid almost 800 for and another old lady (she heard I have 5 free guest too) got mad when my two other guests came in and charged . Also she tried getting security saying she ain’t dealing with this. Rude as hell!!! And I missed my birthday bottle service bc she refused to give their money back. It took the manager and another women for her to give us their money back bc there was only two free people (minus the birthday girl.) And one of the girls was a Virgo ! Virgos were free! Lovely bottle service but that one front desk lady was horrible & rude!!!! she never apologized.
