We came up from Newark, DE for concert at the casino. Everything was very clean. My only thing is that I have a hard time with people smoking around me. We are used to no smoking in Delaware casinos. Very nice atmosphere.
Everyone at the front/host stand was great - hostesses, host/young man who walked us to our table/carried the flag at touchdowns, etc. (we also saw him handle some uncooperative guests in a very professional and kind manner). However, we didn't see our server for an entire quarter and they were not attentive to our table - we would have ordered more but couldn't. Exceptional food and service. Michael (serv 15567) did not miss a beat and the food was awesome! I’ve been in hospitality 40 years, 25 of that with Landrys and I would be hard pressed to to note a single less then stellar aspect of our dinning experience.
