They handled a big order for my office beautifully! Everyone enjoyed their bagel. They also have gluten free bagels so we're able to accommodate everyone. We will be going back!

I love spread everyone here is so kind even at 7 am i’m not sure why people think otherwise but I always enjoy my experience here. The bagels with spread are always fresh and they have great flavors. My favorite is a salted egg with pistachio honey! their breakfast sandwiches are also great and very hearty. They also serve coffee and the vanilla bean latte is delicious! Everyone here takes pride in their work and they are very friendly and welcoming!!

Great atmosphere, great bagels, sandwiches, and spreads, and friendly service.. I stopped in on a Sunday morning, mostly because I smelled the brick-oven outside. I had the Classic. Which was an egg sandwich, with lox cream cheese, tomato, and onion, on a toasted sesame bagel. And an iced coffee. It hit the spot, and was the right price.. Bout $18 before tip. I enjoyed it at the counter, by the front window.. I will definitely be making it back down here again. SPREAD the LOVE, yall!

The customer service was satisfactory. The server was very friendly and courteous. The ambiance of the establishment is always pleasant. I ordered a tuna salad on an everything bagel. I noticed that the sandwich came with tomato and provolone cheese, but I requested that the tomato be omitted. But wanted avocado When the sandwich arrived, it was visually appealing. However, I encountered a dilemma when attempting to consume it. Upon opening the sandwich, I realized that it was composed of two large scoops of tuna fish, each covering half of the bagel. The tuna was topped with provolone cheese, which was a delightful addition. The issue arose when I discovered that the tuna salad lacked egg, which I typically expect in a tuna salad sandwich. Furthermore, there were diced carrots dispersed throughout the tuna fish, which I found to be an unusual and unappetizing ingredient. It appeared that the tuna fish salad contained a significant amount of carrots, which was not to my liking. I believe that customers should be informed about the presence of carrots in the tuna fish salad and should be given the option to remove them. Although I tried the salad, I found the taste and texture of the carrots to be unpleasant and distracting from the tuna fish. Furthermore, the inclusion of carrots raises concerns about potential allergies or dietary restrictions that customers may have. To ensure customer satisfaction and avoid any negative experiences, I respectfully suggest that carrots be made an optional ingredient in the tuna fish salad or that customers be clearly informed about their presence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The food is amazing but the music is unbearable. The trashy hip hop with curse words is too much for a public restaurant. Since when did this become ok?

I don't think the people that work here understand why they have jobs.Comically horrible service -- they pretended I wasn't in the store and continued their conversation while my order sat on the counter (I ordered online). When I asked about the order, someone handed it to me and never even acknowledged I exist.I won't be back, and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

The actual fabrication of the bagels isn't great - they're kind of like the Wonder bread of bagels: overly soft and doughy yet oddly satisfying for kind of the same reason - but they are good at seasoning them. Their pastrami is very good (not surprising considering the company is from Montreal). The cream cheese is heavily whipped, which gives it a lighter, airier mouth feel but also makes it more prone to squish out from the opposite end of the bagel when you bite it.I went at a somewhat off-hour, there was no line and my bagels were ready in no more than 5 minutes.

They can't get an order right at the 20th and Spruce Street location. Busy on their cell phones or gossiping with each other.Probably why no one goes there anymore.
