Was looking forward to it, I started uner driving in Philadelphia and passed by this spot many times. Philly cheesesteak. Bland, bread wasn’t toasted. Could’ve made a better one at home without even trying.
Average at best. Maybe I should have asked specifically but the steak wasn't chopped up. Maybe that's their signature style, but it wasn't seasoned very well. Classic case of riding on a name that was good 20 years ago but not maintaining the standards that established its past success. And the steak was not cut. Just my pet peeve. That didn't factor in to my rating. Won't be patronizing this establishment again.

i ordered mushroom on an old fashioned.it comes with provolone cheese. meat was very dry. and there was a lot of dry meat. too little cheese. cheese was not melty or juicy. it come on hoagie bread which is chewy but dry.it wasn’t tasty, just very bland.it was the opposite of a cheesesteak experience in philly.
