You'll pay for the ambience and location. Had the fish and chips. 2 fried pieces of cod and shoestring fries. Nothing out of this world but $27 is steep for the quality and portion size. Sandwiches are a la carte meaning you have to order fries or salad separately. Service was good but food is over priced.
The venue is wonderful. 200 years old, but nevertheless a funky interior that was appealing. The food and service were great. The only change I would make is the volume of the music. It could have been slightly lower and would still be plenty loud for those who want that.
This place has really good food. The squash and peppers were both good vegetable sides. The burger was excellent but if you want fries that is separate. The big booth is next to the pool table.
