the Witch brew was so nasty that I had to throw it out. I lost $5.89. I was upset. The people was nice but the lines was long! I will not be trying anything new from there again unless it is a free trail!
Nice people exceed nasty people 5:1. That's the takeaway from the Starbucks where a nasty man just verbally accosted me after knocking into me, but five other people came to my defense. It's wonderful to see that there is more good people in this world than bad. Thank you to the Barrista SEAN for his kindness.
Disappointed in a situation last Wednesday night between 6:30p & 7p. I stopped in on my way to have dinner with a friend and asked to use birthday reward which expired that night. Barista uses star reward and says I used star rewards. She calls over another barista who said she reversed the stars and charged my bday reward. Well, I went to use star reward yesterday & was told I didn't have enough. I checked account today on computer and it said I used both star reward & bday reward...read full review
