I am a regular customer at this location. In Center City Philadelphia. During the week it's a perfect experience. Very good coffee and great service.
This Sunday; however it was apparently quite the opposite as far as service.
Apparently after I paid for the Grande coffee and left a tip, two customers who were behind me, were receiving service first. I asked the person who had rung me up why this was happening? She told me that she was multitasking. I didn't understand...read full review
