Nice staff but they need to be trained on all things coffee. The cashier just insisted that a cappuccino and latte were the same thing when I ordered a cappuccino…. And gave me a latte instead.

Stopped into this location mid run during the Philly heat wave of 100+ temperatures to ask for a small cup of water. The worker rudely expressed they don’t do that anymore. Thankfully the local coffee shop nearby was more than happy to give water out especially during these brutal summer temps.

Didn’t like the vibe, came and really had to use a restroom 🚻 cause Wawa across the street suggested it because they don’t have restrooms. I go over there and I was going to actually get something to eat, but I just had to use the bathroom bed and and a young lady/cashier Lie to my face and tell me that their bathroom was down just because I didn’t buy anything .. I’m about to literally pee on myself. That is bad business now I won’t ever go there to buy nothing.

Not sure what happened to last review ! But most of the baristas are very chill & pleasant nice people shoutout to morning crew that always get my order right:) and I would've liked to leave 5 stars just for that!! But the older Asian lady in their horrible customer service!!

I’ve been coming to this location about a year and sometimes like to come and write, I order some food and usually a few rounds of coffee, the last two times I’ve been and asked for the restroom code the staff says “no” and that it’s for “paying customers only” without first processing that I have already ordered both food and beverages (one instance I had already ordered two rounds of drinks). I understand the “new rules” but please prompt staff to take note of those that have already ordered and also be a little kinder with the way they are abruptly declining access to a restroom with customers. I will opt for a non-franchise cafe from now on as they did the same thing to another family member last week, as well.

Coffee OK, I guess.
What is not ok is the sidewalk at the store at 2201 South St. Homeless go through trash to get cardbioard to lie on, Wawa cantainers litter the street, Homeless sleep on the steam vent, green dog refuse bag(s) at store entry, and no employee inside thinks that it is a problem. Please put toters inside and keep the sidewalk clean and inviting. Thank you.

I have never walked into a coffee shop without being recognized, had to ask to be waited on after two people stepped in front of me, was greeted by the counter, so they did step in for me. Now not only was, I ignored on placing the order had to ask if the cup on the counter was mine I don’t know what’s the name on the cup was her reply, no thank you, kiss my ass or nothing, worse service I’ve ever experienced!

Two cashiers eating and licking their fingers as they make drinks. Girl on the end handling take out orders will let you stare at her before she asks “what you want”. All in all not a good experience as a local business owner and I will not return.
