Pretty alright. They're extremely busy, so orders take a long time to be ready. I've gotten better at ordering in the app about 10-15 min before I'd arrive for my morning fuel to reduce my waiting around time. They do a good job and rarely mess up my order despite being swamped. Food quality has been going down over the years, but that's pretty much at all Starbucks locations, imo. Atmosphere is decent, but it's a very small store for the location, so...
Have you seen a Starbucks store so overutilized on the mobile ordering?!!! Regardless, they are polite, friendly and prompt!
Exactly what one would expect from Starbucks.
They are in the Perelman center building, so you can imagine the pressure from all the employees and patients . Great service and a great bunch of people! Highly recommend!

Sometimes they get too busy for their own good.
Vegetarian options: It is a coffee shop. Coffee is already for vegetarian and they have oatmeal Milk and other creamers to pick from
