This Starbucks at Philadelphia International Airport inside Marriott Hotel sucks! The employee is not friendly, did not even smile then the hot beverage we ordered is not even hot and they don’t take gift card because she said they are in the hotel! WHAT!!! Isn’t it still Starbucks Store? I don’t get it! Will never ever go get my coffee there in that particular place, sad....
This is one of my favorite Starbucks and I have been to many, the employees are amazing they remember my name every time I come and when there is someone new they tell them of that’s Tide, lol they are always happy and smiling. I work in the airport so customer service is big for me and they provide that every time I stop through.Keep up the good work. P.S this new Mocha Cherry is on point.
