I get a shaken brown sugar espresso regularly so I know what it should taste like. The one that was made at this location was so watered down and tasteless. I asked the barista to make it again— while she was pleasant about it and did adjust the drink, the second version still wasn’t good. 1 star for the coffee, 2 stars for the nice service.

I am a regular customer at this location. In Center City Philadelphia. During the week it's a perfect experience. Very good coffee and great service.
This Sunday; however it was apparently quite the opposite as far as service. Apparently after I paid for the Grande coffee and left a tip, two customers who were behind me, were receiving service first. I asked the person who had rung me up why this was happening? She told me that she was multitasking. I didn't understand why no one else was waiting on me? As other employees were working as well. I just didn't get it. Finally after she rang up the other customers. I watched as my coffee cup was picked up with a couple of her fingers holding the inside of the cup. I went back to the register after complaining to her and a male employee. Who had apparently decided to come over and listen. When he came over she walked away. With no resolution from either of them. The vibe appeared to be quite odd, as it felt to me very uncomfortable.
So, a very nice employee that I remembered from the weekdays, asked if anything was wrong? AsI had complained to the others. I told her what had happened and she immediately served me a fresh cup with fresh coffee. She is a great person and a credit to Starbucks.
I will be returning to this Starbucks but only if I don't see the other two employees working behind the counter.
I vote Yess on M-F in the morning. Because the great employee performed a nice save.
Probably a Big NO on Sunday afternoon, because apparently the first two employees just didn't care at all. Apparently I couldn't' understand why they even worked there.
Parking: Parking is not easy at all in Center City.
Kid-friendliness: It is possible that it could be a positive experience. Anything is possible right?
I would probably recommend taking them elsewhere. It's the City and so many other fun options are available.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is access. And the Macy's store is on the same floor and has an entry door connecting it to the Starbucks. That's pretty cool.

Great Starbucks in the heart of center city with a nice amount of indoor seating. Security keeps the riff raff out pretty well. Only minor complaint is the prices are a little higher than other Starbucks stores in the area (e.g. a grande iced coffee is $5.02 here but only $4.27 at 12th and Walnut a few blocks away)

I absolutely love going to this Starbucks. I will take the further walk just to go to this one. The atmosphere and staff are so welcoming. I am always addressed with a hello or how are you and am always told to have a great day as I depart. I love to see the new cute drawings on the chalk board as I wait for my drink. Anytime I’ve waited just a little too long a staff member always asks me what I am waiting for and makes sure it is coming up. The staff are very approachable and do not give you push back for any requests. I love this Starbucks. Keep up the great work! Just a note for the people who leave bad reviews, I recommend addressing your concerns with the staff first if you did not do so because how are they supposed to fix something when they aren’t provided the opportunity to do so…..

Duncan, the manager, was so rude to me! I had a reward that said for 100 points I was able to get a packaged snack. When he scanned it it did show up on the computer so he said I cant give this to you. And I said that’s not right as it states here I’m entitled. And I asked are going to look into this and he said no I don’t care!!! Starbucks Do Better With Your employees!! A disgrace . And it’s a bit dirty looking all the time ! I will go elsewhere!

20 minutes to get a drink that wasn't made right. Starbucks has really become the third tier coffee place, always poorly trained, poorly organized, and rude staff, and this one was the worst in a while. Kept messing up orders left and right and rude about it. I waited 20 minutes for a drink, no special instructions that was made incorrectly. Only stopped here because it was convenient, but Starbucks has really become a consistently poor choice!

The staff were polite enough, but this is a grande? Is it necessary to skimp on the $5 cups of coffee? This is why I only go to Starbucks when I'm walking around and I'm desperate for a bathroom.
