Tried to pick up a grubhub order for one of their customers. The guy at the pickup area kept ignoring me so I went to the register and shetold me I had to deal with the guy ignoring me. Ended up having to cancel the delivery.

Amazing food and drinks. Friendly staff and people but very loud and crowded, sort of a long wait for your orders but there was no wait for a table whatsoever. I highly recommend this starbucks. Very clean and high quality food/drink items. (you also get free refills on coffee and tea, just not frozen ones!)

I ordered online, a small decaf with 1 vanilla pump and 1 caramel with oatmilk. They messed up the order and didn't fix it. The small coffee tasted like a whole cup full of liquid sugar. I mixed it up with another latte in order to at least don't waste my money

Decided to order something simpler in an effort to prevent the drink from being made wrong. I ordered a grande vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it's just vanilla iced coffee. There was only 1 customer ahead of us and no other orders for them to handle. They took the lazy route and didn't bother to make the cold foam. The drink itself is sour. Didn't bother to complain and have them remake it, because I paid with a gift card and didn't want to be a karen. Thought I would leave a review because of the poor quality drink and low consistency. Go support a local coffee chain instead. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve never had an issue at this location, until today. It’s just after 12 noon, 2 customers are ahead of me. 4 or 5 workers are behind the counter. Not a single worker working. They’re all having a conversation and laughing. No one is assisting us in line so I walked out. Customer service is EVERYTHING. You never know who’ll walk in. Sunday crew should be held accountable for poor service. Not one of them acknowledged the line.

Came here today and it was a terrible experience, I ordered a decaffeinated drink and because they guy taking my order would not stop talking to his co worker for one second they gave me a drink full of caffeine, I caught it thankfully because they could of put me in the hospital then when I said something that it was wrong they get a nasty attitude and they girl made a disgusting drink . 6.00 for a attitude and not to even get what I ordered this place is a disgrace employees are lazy and slow and don’t pay attention.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks location ever they never get your order right because all they do is talk and play around , today was the worse the guy didn’t even listen to my order made it alll wrong and then when I told them they get an attitude and still didn’t make it right . Don’t go here the place is dirty and the employees just play and joke around.
