Great service and vibe.I love how cute is on the outside.I enjoy my winter coffee, which I love the crème brûlée and I spent hours working on my computer at this comfortable Starbucks coffee shop.

Location is great for locals and pedestrians. They make a matcha latte that my daughter loves but with so many other great and local cafes in Germantown Ave., I don’t see the point of going here (for me). I only stop by here for my daughter. You can place an online order so you don’t have to wait.Vegetarian options: They have baked goods with no meat.

I'm rarely at the chestnut hill location but every time I'm there the staff have better things to do than service customers, orders are backed up, the floors are sticky, splatter is all over the service station and it smells like garbage. I mean I looked several staff members in the face, as the line grew behind me, and not one person even greeted me, so forget taking my order! It was really an abysmal experience and if they need more help.... Please get it for them!

I work for Uber Eats and went in to pickup. The order was sitting not bagged up. The girl said with a snarky attitude it would be bagged up in a minute. Then, she went to other end of the counter and stood there. I was about to say something to her, but decided it wasn't worth it and I canceled the order. BTW, the other workers completely ignored me.

Standing in line and suddenly told they were closed. A good two hours before the posted time and with people in line behind me. Starbucks used to be a goto but more and more they don’t care about the customer.

One of the worst Pumpkin Spice Lattes I've ever had from Starbucks. Hot mess. I go to the ones outside the city now because it's just not worth it. They close their online orders an hour before they close, which is just ridiculously over the top.

This is my usual, go- to Starbucks location. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. Its normally a nice, peaceful vibe and the food is usually cool. The service is usually ok, however, every now and then, they have a rude barista. Its a popular location and they are always busy, so the baristas could be overwhelmed. At the same time, when I pay $6 for a drink, I need to get what I paid for. The barista working today was extremely rude, she may want to go work at a low level fast food restaurant. The attitude that I received today was unacceptable. She spilled my drink, walked away, and did not acknowledge the mess whatsoever! I just cleaned up my cup and walked out. That level of rudeness was a first, definitely not typical of this location, so I wont give them 1 star. But I am taking a star for today's egregious behavior of the barista. Hopefully, she will get the customer service training that she definitely needs!

The only reason I am giving this Starbucks a three star is because majority of the time they are relatively on time. But it's feast or famine. Days like today. I placed my order at 11:14 by mobile order. I get there get in my two coffees aren't finished until 1148. I didn't realize they had made only one of two sandwiches I ordered. FYI, the only reason I knew the first sandwich was done as I walked up there and searched through all the food bags. They just threw down haphazardly.After asking for the other one (of which I was told "grab me one from the case will you?", it then took them another 15 minutes to make it - which was due to them, not expediting it, but putting it at the end of whatever orders they were working on.This was a truly WTF experience.Really is a shit show in there today .

The staff in this store act very unprofessional which is shocking due to the area that this store is located. The Starbucks Corporation really needs to take a closer look at who they are hiring and who is representing their company.Customer service skills are lacking from not acknowledging customers that walk into the store as well as being hung up by the manager when calling the store when trying to ask a few questions. When I asked the manager to her face why she hung up on me, she lied and said that she didn't.Funny how people show their true colors as a person when they are supposed to be presenting a professional image at their place of employment. SMH

I ordered from this location on Uber eats and when I got my order it wasn’t made right and they put an ingredient in my drink that I specifically didn’t want and had asked them to leave it out the drink and they also failed to put in something that I did request. When I called the store the girl who answered seemed like she didn’t care at all, didn’t apologize, she answered with an attitude as well, sort of patronizing and condescending in a way. I will never order from here again and will never visit this raggedy location.
