I've had previous good experiences with this location but the last 2 times I've ordered, they didn't include the whipped cream on my psl. Which is an integral ingredient that I do not like the drink without.

I ordered a dirty iced matcha. It never came. After waiting for a half hour, being deprioritized by mobile orders, I went to the cashier and asked what happened. They made me a new one. Forgot the espresso. $9. Never again

Never buying a gift card from Starbucks again. Usually have a good experience at this location but this time around not so much. Purchased a gift card, cashier “hands me it” in an envelope. Go to give the gift card as a gift the envelope is empty. Hadn’t noticed and thought it was inside the envelope. Contacted the store the women who helped me was very nice however I was told to contact customer service and they told me to contact the store! and they couldn’t help me mow I’m out of a gift card waste of money will never purchase a gift card with Starbucks again.

I've been holding off writing this review for a while now but its come to a point where I don't even want to go in to this starbucks any more, so i guess it's time. The baristas are all really cool and I don't want this to reflect on them, but the vibes in the store are soooo weird and it's 100% because of the store manager Anton. I get it he's an old queen but calling every woman 'babe' and asking people if they're pregnant is NOT the move. He's made me and several of my friends very uncomfortable. He's always got this weird, super fake persona on but it comes across as extremely rude. It's also very easy to see that hes super unkind to his staff. Every interaction I see him have with a barista is condescending and mean and he seems to take everything personally. Like he seriously needs to get a lifeeee. Anyway, me and my friends won't be coming to this starbucks any more because of how weird and rude Anton is to customers and baristas who are just doing their best. And I know it's him bc i came in recently and he wasn't there and it was so nice in the store- and literally like faster service and cleaner. So anyway we're gonna go find a coffee shop run by normal people who aren't creepy toward women and workers and tbh if starbucks wants this place to stay open they should think about finding a new manager because YIKES.

Terrible experience, over $5 for a soy latte, so much foam it was an 8oz drink. I still havent touched it its so ridiculous i thought about asking for a refund, but then I realized they arent even worth my energy or time. I hate starbucks, I wish theyd all close down.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for 3 years, but lately service has gone downhill. So many new trainees have joined, and now orders are constantly wrong—hot instead of iced, no ice, and long wait times. It’s frustrating and disappointing; this store needs better training and supervision

It was almost as hot inside as it was outside on a 95 degree day and there were a lot of big flies inside. The music was also extremely loud for a coffee shop. Drink was good, same quality as i would get at any starbucks.
