I tried to order and was refused when I tried to pay with points through the Starbucks app, I’ve ordered here before using points, and today they told me I’m not allowed to pay with points.
The younger women that’s working there are horrible. NEED to be retrained. Not good customer service play around a lot. The older women & the lady who’s been working there is definitely about their business. It’s a rainy day I feel like it was going to be one of those days so I didn’t feel like complaining about my drink but I feel like she purposely messed my drink up.

The most terrifying experience. I was there yesterday and I ask for two medium caramel frap. MEDIUM! And they charge $17 for a simple medium drink(and even my drink was medium because it looked like a small one .I'm in the nigh clases and they are really racist, they start closing at 7:12 and they just look at you and don't say they are closed. Like, you need figured out!
