This Starbucks sucks! They are congested and rude, especially that dark haired lady who always wears the black mask (I think she is a manager). If you are reading this, Unity Cafe is where it’s at! Not to mention there price point. I can get a large latte for $5! I suggest you give 1 or their 2 locations a shot!

Parking: The parking lot is a mess with delivery trucks, delivery drivers and people coming just to pick up their coffee. It’s like a maze when I do go there. Just like the inside, it’s a maze in there as well. Too small and way too many people.

Without fail, this STARBUCKS location always exceeds my expectations! Whether it’s a welcoming smile from their staff, the checking in when waiting an extra moment for my mobile order(even when I’ve arrived early), or crafting my latte so perfectly every single time, this team is all around the best. As of late, I’ve been stopping at another Starbucks location that will not be named and have had a few instances of cold food, long weights or deflated lattes, sometimes missing espresso, but every single time I get a beverage at the rox location it’s like a little cup of perfection. I look forward to the rare mornings that i leave my house on time and can stop in here instead.

Even in Peak, and when this team is in the weeds, they are delightful and lovely to interact with. Huge shout out to Bella this morning for my cup of happy & to all the rest of you amazing baristas and leaders that have made my drink or my morning in some way over the last few visits.

First time at this particular Starbucks tonight. The store was clean, well stocked, and sports a wonderful lounge area with lounge seats in the front. The service here is absolutely exceptional. Every single worker greeted me when I walked in. They were all pleasant and a pleasure to have a conversation with.I shared my story on how I was having a rough night and that this the was the second Starbucks I've been to tonight. I had drinks made at another location and it came out wrong both times. I decided to skip asking for a 3rd remake (darn social anxiety), and opted to visit a different location. They helped me out, no questions asked. Wonderful baristas. You can tell they care for their store. Ill definitely be back to try ordering my usual here one day.

I have been a loyal customer for some years now & today I was VERY disappointed. I opened my app to use it today as usual & it was some kind of glitch with their system I’m guessing because I had to reset my password unfortunately it wiped out all my 254 stars & the money I had on the card. I was on the phone for a hour & a half to rectify the situation. Very unhappy with everyone & I will be calling corporate.

I was given raw bacon today on my sandwich.No one from Starbucks contacted me or sent reply to the picture or service at this location.7.00 dollars was given back to me .But I feel like my whole order should have been .Complimentary due to this horrible experience.

My absolute favorite Starbucks! I leave for work very early in the morning, so I've ordered before they open and my order has been ready within minutes of opening time. All of the baristas are so friendly. My order has been correct every single time.The best Starbucks in the area, by far ?
