The night manager on October 23, 2023 is very rude. Someone stole my mobile order I only found out after waiting 15 minutes on top of the 15 minutes prior to ordering which I didn’t mind. First, it’s ALWAYS a wait at This location. Second, they move slow , like no care in the world , also the drink quality is mediocre. It’s always dirty in the cafe , my last experience was the cashier ignored me and I waited a while before she even said anything to me , so I order and she starts rushing me …. When this place open it was so nice ,but last time i was there i felt so sorry it got all messed up, homeless where inside slepping and with trash iver the table, i ask for bathrooms they said is not working, i really hope the manager take care of
